Suppliers operating in the platform provide the warranty terms covering defects.
Each supplier establishes its warranty period and coverage, and that information is on the product description screen.
If, by any reason, you receive a product that does not meet your order specifications, please send a picture of said product to the Customer Service, along with copy of invoice and product reference number. Pictan will intermediate a solution with supplier and, after analysis, once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer / buyer may choose between a credit note or a new product.
IMPORTANT: Warranty DOES NOT cover damages caused by misuse.
