How are freight / transportation managed?

Once you are on the order completion screen, the system will confirm some information you registered, such as address, city, Postal Code, or you may, at that moment, provide a different address as final order destination. Based on such information, the platform will figure out available freight / transportation options.

We used the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), this means that the seller (Pictan) must clear the goods for export in their country, as well as carry out international transport and take the goods to the agreed place. The Importer/Buyer shall be held responsible for import duties and customs clearance charges at the country of destination in case it happens.
